Join us for the annual Memorial Day hero ‘WOD’ in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy.
Open to ALL members and guests!
This special workout will consist of the following:
1 mile run – 100 pull ups – 200 push ups – 300 squats – 1 mile run
Heat 1 – 9:00 am (chipper) This heat is for athletes who plan to complete the workout as a chipper. No partitions or partners.
